• Required documents for application:


Radford Court credit application Rental Application (pdf format). Authorization Form for Visa Mastercard (pdf format). You can either drop off these completed documents to the Radford Court leasing office or fax them to (206) 934-1101.

If you are currently a registered University of Washington student and would like to apply for the Housing and Food Services student rate, Radford Court Apartments will need to complete the following in addition to the above documentation.

UW Housing and Food Services Application (apply online) for either Family Housing UW Housing and Food Services or Single-Student Housing UW Housing and Food Services.



 *Please note that you will need to have been admitted to the UW and have created your UW Net ID in order to fill out the application on the Housing and Food Services website.
